StudyNet will be updated to a new Learning Management System called "Canvas". "Canvas" is provided by "Instructure" and will replace the old StudyNet platform ("Fronter"). In the Spring Semester 2019, over 39 courses run on the new platform as pilots. From the Autumn Semester 2019, all courses will be on the new platform.

How can I use StudyNet on my mobile device?
How do I find my courses on StudyNet?
At the University of St.Gallen, students will be allocated their courses through the Bidding process and automatically enrolled into their assigned course(s) on StudyNet. You can find your courses listed under the Courses Tab on StudyNet.
What will I see when I login?
The first thing you see when you log in is the Dashboard. Here, your courses are displayed as card view or you can see your recent activities. You can also favourite a course to be displayed on the Dashboard. To view All Courses, click on Courses tab in the global navigation menu.
What can I edit in my profile?
Profiles is part of the Account menu and allows you to update your preferred contact methods, language and time zone settings and any personal links for your account, e.g. LinkedIn. Your profile information can be viewed by all users in your courses. You can also set your notifications preferences.
Where do I find help and support?
You can access the Help menu from the Global Navigation Menu. From here, you can either search the online guides , for further information and practical tips. For technical problems, please use the Report a Problem option in the Help menu. Alternatively, for additional questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
