Jacqueline Gasser-Beck is heading the «Teaching Innovation Lab» at the University of St.Gallen. Together with her team, she supports faculty development with regard to innovative teaching formats and leads digital change and innovation processes within the organization. Experienced as a lecturer, presenter and chairperson of the annual Teaching and Learning Conference at the University of St.Gallen she represents the university in various networks, working groups and organizations with a focus on digitization in Higher Education.
After her studies in Law at University of Zurich and Harvard Law School she worked as executive director at the University of St.Gallen Law School. Leaving Switzerland again to work with «Swissnex Boston/Consulate of Switzerland» she was in charge of various projects and events promoting Swiss excellence in Higher Education. While working for the Institute for Legal Studies and Legal Practice as Executive Director she obtained an executive master degree in general management from University of St.Gallen. In 2016 she joined the Vice-President’s Board for Studies & Academic Affairs as Head of the Teaching Innovation Lab.
